At Sandeckschuhe, we are committed to delivering your bike shoes as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are the details regarding our shipping process for customers within the United States.
1. Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
2. Processing Time (Handling)
We take great care in preparing your order. Our standard handling time is 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will begin processing on the following business day.
3. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is 8–12 business days.

Note: While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment as it makes its way to you.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us at Sales@sandeckschuhe.org immediately, and we will do our best to update it before your order is processed.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at Sales@sandeckschuhe.org. Please include your order number so we can investigate the issue with the carrier and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
